Swanky and swish, the location is fantastic whatever the reason for your visit. Taking it easy or living it up, staying in or out & about, we fit around your plans. Each guest bedroom is that little bit different, no two rooms are the same. With colours taken from our master palette, the mixture of colours, furniture and quirky layouts make our rooms as individual as our guests and with only 20 bedrooms we can deliver that all important service you expect. All our suites are unique in design and configuration, each with a quirky diversity. Practical items in each room include internet access, direct dial telephone, HD plasma screens, CD/radio, MP3 docking station, iron & ironing board, hairdryers, hospitality tray. Each with stunning bathrooms complete with drench showers and Elemis toiletries. We also offer our guests wet rooms as an alternative to baths, please ask when making a reservation.

Hotel details

20 stunning individually designed spacious bedroom suites all with en-suite facilities, HD plasma screen, CD players, MP3 docking stations and internet access. All rooms on the first floor are flooded with natural daylight, including The Lounge, a beautiful and tranquil oasis, 2 high quality conference rooms complete with state of the art equipment and an intimate indulgent private dining room.

Food & Beverages

Situated on the ground floor, Room offer a unique and modern restaurant with bar, styled in a contemporary design offering unpretentious, good quality food which is served without attitude by our friendly and knowledgeable team of 'table hosts'. Our food menus are influenced by retro dishes which one might have found in a British pub or restaurant during the 1970's with every dish providing a contemporary twist to its classic original! Whatever your mood we are sure you will find something to suit. Guests of 62 Castle St can charge bills back to their hotel bedrooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
