Area information A landscape that couldnt be more diverse: deep pine forests, numerous ponds and lakes, meadows and pastures, high moorland areas the perfect place for holidays with relaxation guaranteed. Popular excursion destinations in the near vicinity are, for example, the nature park "Blockheide" with its famous rocking stones and the legendary rock formations "Teufels Bettstatt" (devils bedstead), Christopherus Stein" or the glassworks in Nagelberg, where you can watch glass-blowers at work. At all events you should visit one of the fortresses and castles of the Waldviertel, like the Wasserburg Heidenreichstein or the castle Rosenau. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.77 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 14 years. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 2.50 per child under 11 years. Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
