Check-in: Reception is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:00. At weekends and on public holidays it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside these hours. Payment: Please note that payment is due upon arrival at the residence.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
