Located in Lissieu, 20 minutes away from Lyon, the Citéa Résidentiel Lyon-Lissieu features 100 2 to 4 room houses from 40 to 80 m², a breakfast room and a reception opened 7 days a week from 7h30 to 12h00 and from 15h00 to 20h00 Monday to Friday and from 8h00 to 12h00 and from 15h00 to 18h00 on week ends and holidays.

Payment is due upon arrival at the residence.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
