This is a very small private guest house. There are only 3 rooms. Each one is decorated with superb furniture. Whenever you come in you go back in time and you have the opportunity to live as nobility.

Hotel details

This 18th century small palace is one of the few last examples of Lisbon’s summer farms. It has survived the 1755 earthquake and has always belonged to the same family being passed over the centuries by female line. Combining the 18th century ambience with 21st century needs, this is the perfect place to get to know one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Lisbon. In this luxurious private guest house each member of the family tries to make you feel as if you were at home.

Room service is available on request. Each room is provided with a menu where you can find all the drinks available in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
