Breakfast is served at Restaurant Pivot from 07:00 to 10:30. For lunch you are invited to enjoy the show cuisine at Restaurant Cenario, served from 12:00 to 15:00. Dinner hours are from 19:00 to 23:00. Lovers of Japanese cuisine can have lunch at Restaurant Fusao, open for lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:30.

From the Airport: By Car: - On the way out from the airport, follow south and head straight on in Alameda das Comunidades Portuguesas. - In Praça do Aeroporto, leave on the 3rd way out to Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho. - Turn right to Avenida Estados Unidos da América in the direction of Entrecampos/Sete Rios. - After the tunnel, you will find the roundabout of Entrecampos, where you should get straight on (2nd way out) in the direction of Sete Rios. - Right after, turn left at the luminous signs. Head straight on for 1 km. - The Vip Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa is located on your right-hand side.

The VIP Grand Lisboa & Spa is strategically situated between the old city centre and the new financial centre of Lisbon. The hotel is located in the area of Campo Pequeno in the 5 de Outubro Avenue, just 5 minutes from several existing public transport services.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
