The property is situated above the yacht-harbour called Pignataro. It features a fantastic view over the eastern coast of Lipari. The house is tastefully furnished and has a cosy bar and a big sun terrace. All 12 rooms have their private sun terrace, bathroom, air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, safe and internet connection. The meals for the guests who have chosen half pension, will be served at our Restaurants "Filippino" or "E Pulera" A LA CARTE: Shuttle service to the beach.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
