Enjoy living in one of the 111 well equipped rooms and suites in comfort and style. En-suite bathrooms, panorama windows make you feel well in each of our rooms. Every single room is equipped with grand-lit. Two non-smoking floors and room service is available. Junior suites and Park suites as well as the rooms on the executive floor are in a superior location within the hotel and are luxuriously equipped. Additionally, they offer exclusive bathrooms and the latest technology in telecommunications with Internet on TV. The 'Schillerpark Executive-Service' is available for all guests staying in the suites and on the Executive Floors.

Hotel details

The Hotel Schillerpark is located in a quiet and easily accessible area at the beginning of the Landstraße in the centre of Linz. Pedestrian zone, many sights, the old town, main square as well as the business and shopping quarter and the train station are all within easy walking distance. Parking space in our inhouse garage is available to our guests at any time. Hotel Schillerpark has 5 modern conference rooms with a capacity of up to 250 persons offering daylight, air-conditioning and electric darkening in all rooms. The hotel also offers professional seminar techniques with video-beamer and video conferencing.

Power Breakfast buffet: A gastronomic variety awaits you in the Hotel Schillerpark. Start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet at the 'Restaurant Primo Piano'. GG`s Bar: The classical American Bar with international beverages, snacks and entertainment awaits you for an aperitif, a fancy cocktail or your favorite drink, and offers the ideal atmosphere to meet or make friends. Many of our repeat customers appreciate the combined elegant and natural atmosphere as well as the service. Cafe: The Design Café at the park with a garden and the 'Restaurant Tafelspitz' are a popular meeting point for inhabitants as well as our hotel guests. The traditional coffee-house and the 'Restaurant Tafelspitz' offer home-made cakes, pastries and coffee and tea specialties as well as Austrian cuisine with special daily meals. Restaurant "Primo Piano": The restaurant 'Primo Piano' with specialties from the 'Alpen Adria' region and a vast selection of wine as well as the casino-restaurant offer an ideal location for a business lunch or dinner, functions, press conferences, family festivities or for a romantic evening for two. Schiller´s: Livestyle Café-Bar with trendy Italian coffees, snacks, cocktails and wines as well as audiovisual entertainment

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.25 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
