The hotel features single rooms, double rooms and junior suites with separate living and sleeping areas, with each room being a zone of peace and recovery, just as the entire Prielmayerhof is one of the last local recreation zones of this large city. Feeling happy, relaxing and enjoying life are probably the most important factors of recent years. In our house you can celebrate all that. Work "light" is just as welcome as your desire for relaxing.

The hotel has facilities for disabled guests (accessible by wheelchair) and 3 adequate rooms and bathrooms.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 13:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
