Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.19 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 15 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per child under 13 years.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
