Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
