Food & Beverages

Food is served in the bar from early morning, with lunch and evening meals until 20:00 midweek and 16:00 on weekends. Picnics can be arranged. The bar is separate to the hotel, but they will always try to accommodate you.

We are also connected to a pub which can be noisy at the weekends up until 01:00.

The Boutique Hotel is right beside Limerick's pedestrian shopping area, Cruises Street and close to Brown Thomas, Dunnes Stores and Tesco. Thomond Park is about 20 minutes walk and is the home of Shannon RFC, UL Bohemian RFC and Munster Rugby. The tourist information office is 50 metres away. Shannon Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
