Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 19:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 19:00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 19:00 hrs local time. Baby cots and extra bed on reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
