The Appart'city Lille Grand Palais features spacious, furnished and fully equipped apartments that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, warm and cosy places to stay that provides peaceful and relaxed surroundings. Some of the rooms also feature a balcony.

Located right in the city centre, the Appart'city Lille Grand Palais is a service residence that features 134 convenient, furnished, fully equipped and ready to use apartments for both business and leisure stays. The hotel offers a genuinely convenient and warm place to stay that provides total independence for the duration of your stay. The hotel clean up the apartment every week.

For all arrivals on Saturdays or Sundays, you must book your stay before midday on the previous Friday. Sundays low on staff, when checking out on Sunday, payment can be done only through credit card. There is no breakfast on Sunday mornings. The apartments are cleaned once a week for all stays from 7 to 29 days, and once every 2 weeks for all stays of 30 days and more. After 19.00 hours no reception. Please make sure you receive an entrance code from the hotelier.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
