Food & Beverages

At our sumptuous breakfast buffet you will find everything you need for a good start to the day. All the dishes in our in-house restaurant are freshly prepared daily, using mostly local products. Our beef comes from our own Welsh Black breed of cow. All year round we offer specialities such as "Schaufelbraten", steaks and roast eel, and depending on the season, dishes such as asparagus or kale with "Pinkel" sausage are available. We will happily organise family celebrations or company functions for up to 80 people, and for childrens' birthdays we can offer a bowling alley.
