Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  Up to two children from 2 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
