The Cathedral Lodge Hotel is situated in the heart of England in rural Staffordshire. Our famous Lichfield Cathedral and birth place of Doctor Johnson are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel restaurant, which is air conditioned, is renowned for its superb food. The cosy lounge bar stocks a wide range of hand-pulled traditional real ales, wines, malt whiskies and a comprehensive range of quality bar snacks. The hotel also hosts excellent conference rooms catering for 20 to 120 people. Flip charts, stationary, facsimile and a photocopier are all available, as well as an excellent banqueting buffet to complete your day. The Hotel has a limited number of smoking rooms, Free Wireless Internet is available in all rooms. along with a shower over bath in every room and Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3 and Sky News in every room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
