70 appartments with kitchen with refrigerator, micro wave oven, hotplates, electric coffee maker, living dining room with double sofa bed, tv, bathroom with bath and separate WC, terrace or balcony. 2 rooms (4 pers max) : 34 till 37 m² - double bedded room 2 rooms (6 pers max) : 45 m² - double bedded room, cabin with bunk beds 3 rooms (6 pers max) : 45 till 52 m²) - double bedded room, twin bedded rooms, 2nd bathroom with shower.

Hotel details

The reception desk is open from monday til saturday from 08.00 am till 08.00 pm and on sunday from 08.30 am till 12.30 am and 04.00 pm till 08.00 pm. For arrival after 08.00 pm, you must call the residence during the opening time in order to communicate you the access formalities. Continental breakfast is available : to be ordered by 08.00 pm the previous day.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
