Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals. Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.

The reception is located in Condo Gardens Leuven at the address: Dekenstraat 87 3000 Leuven Keys must be collected at this address. Please note that check-in times are from 14:00 until 19:00 (Monday to Friday). If you arrive outside these hours, please inform Budget Flats Leuven in advance.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
