City Budget Flats

Clients appreciate the hotel certainly lives up to it's name as the flats are affordable and close to Leuven city centre. Offering an affordable and independent alternative to a traditional hotel, valued throughout, these practically furnished flats are ideally situated close to the historic city centre and not far from the train station. The flats are situated in a quiet street at the centre of the city, highly regarded, within walking distance of the city hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums. Leuven is one of the nicest historical cities in Belgium with one of the oldest universities in Europe. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. In some cases there is a separate sleeping area.

Internet access is also available in all rooms (WIFI) The Business Budget Flats are fully equipped, while the Student Flats are accommodated with the basic necessities to stay overnight (bed and linen, towels also included).

Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals. Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.

Our reception is located at CITY FLATS LEUVEN at another address: Dekenstraat 87. Keys need to be picked up at this reception.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
