All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave The flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home" and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.

Food & Beverages

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself. On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Please take notice that the reception is only open from 8:00 until 19:00. The manager lives in the complex and can always be reached by telephone, though.

Internet

Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
