All our rooms are non-smoking and equipped with balcony, shower, toilette, hair dryer, make-up mirror, LCD-TV, radio.

Hotel details

For guests entry to the thermal bath Burgerbad (except on the departure day) is free of charge. Also for our little guests we offer a game room with toys and painting facilities as well as a Playstation 2. You also can buy Green-Fees for the 18 hole golf course in Leuk/Susten with us for CHF 20 per person.

Food & Beverages

In the morning we spoile you with a great breakfast. Except on Wednesday and on Sunday, we also serve dinner. You have the choice of three different courses between CHF 16.00 and CHF 35.00.

The hotel has a double room which is wheelchair accessible. Equipment and availability upon request.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs CHF 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
