Rooms

We offer 135 guest rooms in 3 different categories, as well as several suites. Most of our rooms offer a view of the magnificent mountain scenery. Our Classic Rooms are mostly located in the historic main part of the hotel, the "Maison Blanche" (1625). The Comfort Rooms are spread between the "Maison Blanche" and the "De France" building, and are all south-facing. They are fitted with a bath. The First Class Rooms are located in the modern part of the hotel, the "Grand Bain", and offer a view of the outdoor pool or of the Lindner Alpentherme.

Hotel details

This 4-star hotel comprises two buildings situated in the heart of the old village. Use of the hotel's private thermal pools, sauna and spa is included in the room rate. These are open daily from 07:00 to 19:30. There is an underground connection between the hotel and the Lindner Alpentherme, the largest centre for medicinal wellness, Alpine wellness, cosmetic and thermal baths in the Wallis Alps. Please note that use of the Alpentherme is not included in the room rate. The hotel is just a short walk from the cable car station.

Food & Beverages

Choose between our restaurant "Maison Blanche", our fine-dining restaurant "Fin Bec" and our à la carte restaurant "Sacré Bon". In our bar/lounge with fireplace "Grand Bain", you can enjoy the crackling log fire, live piano music and a delicious cocktail.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the spa area.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs CHF 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 14.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 55.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged CHF 54.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 84.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
