Hotel details

Together with the traditional lounge with a small bar, our playing and conference room is always open to you. Of course we offer you various games or children's toys too. All our visitors who travel to Leukerbad by railway or bus can be picked up at the station upon request. The baggage will always be carried from and to the bus station. The hotel offers its own taxi service as well as excursion programmes for small groups in the surroundings of Leukerbad.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 8 am to 11 noon. A must for those who love self-service buffet breakfasts.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
