Travel information The various roads leading to Leukerbad are well maintained and open all year round. For guests coming from Germany and the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we suggest putting cars on the trains running through the Lötschberg and Furka tunnels. Most Swiss railway fast trains on the Brig-Sion/Sion-Brig line stop at Leuk-Susten, from where there are regular bus links to Leukerbad

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. CHF 1.25 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 12 years per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
