Food & Beverages

A full breakfast (continental with orange juice) is included in the room rate. Eggs, ham and cheese are available at an additional cost.

The reception is open from 07:00 to 21:00. Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 18:00. Please note that your room cannot be guaranteed if you arrive after 19:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.76 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
