Area information Our family-run house is situated in perfectly quiet surroundings on a south-facing slope in the Urseetal valley, right next to the woods and only 5 mins walk from the centre of Lenzkirch. Lenzkirch is situated in the middle of a charming landscape between the Schluchsee and the 1100 m high Pflumberg in the South, the Windgfällweiher and the Feldberg (1493 m) in the West and the Titisee as well as the almost 1200 m high Hochfirst in the North, and two unique valleys, the Haslachtal and the Urseetal run through it. Travel information 3. Coming from the A5, follow signs to Freiburg Mitte, then to Titisee-Neustadt on the B31. Take the turn-off towards Schluchsee/ Faledberg on the B317, then turn left to Lenzkirch on the B315. In Lenzkirch, turn right at the Café Roters into the street “Haldenweg”, our Pension is on the left-hand side after about 200 m. Coming from Stuttgart on the A81, then the B31 towards Donaueschingen, then towards Titisee-Neustadt, from Titisee-Neustadt see above. You can find us by train: from Freiburg with the Höllentalbahn line to Titisee and then carry on by public bus, coming from Stuttgart and Ulm via Donaueschingen to Neustadt (Schw), and carry on by bus.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
