Rooms

All apartments are exclusively furnished and do also include a functional kitchenette. It is self evident that we provide bath rooms with either a bathtub or a shower, hairdryer, balcony (with some of the apartments), cable TV, safe, telephone with a direct line and sauna without further fees.

Hotel details

Our 3-stars hotel and apartments house are located in the south of Leipzig and easily accessible by public transport. Lake Cospuden is only 5 min. away by car and the forest which is located in the vicinity of the hotel, gives you a nice opportunity for recreation.

Food & Beverages

You can take your meals in the friendly atmosphere of our restaurant or in the other Restaurants nearly the Hotel. For the selfcaterers among our guests the shopping arcade at our door step offers a wide variety of shops and services.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 0.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
