The 8 conference and banquet rooms can accommodate up to 160 guests and offer a view of the green surroundings. The facilities feature the latest in conference and media technology. You can unwind and recharge your batteries in the hotel spa area, following a walk in the neighbouring Auenwald forest. The spa area features a sauna, solarium, steam bath and gym.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet each day, or indulge in a hearty brunch on Sundays. The cosy, lively Bi-Ka-Bar in the hotel lobby is the ideal place for business meetings and social get-togethers. Sample exotic cocktails within a relaxed atmosphere or round off the evening with a fresh draught beer.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
