Guests are kindly asked to pay upon arrival. Please note that the hotel accepts cash payments only. The hotel reception is open until 18:00. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can then arrange key collection at the Rizz Karli restaurant. Contact information will be included in your confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per stay in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
