Children up to 19 years old stay free of charge in the parents' room (max. one child per adult). Our 200 spacious hotel rooms are luxuriously furbished with a great bed, a pillow menu, and a wealth of modern facilities. Furthermore, most rooms are equipped with a computer and high speed internet access.

Also visit our racket centre with indoor and outdoor tennis courts and squash courts. Make use of our on-site bike rental and embark on a cycling tour. The hotel offers free parking facilities for up to 360 vehicles.

Food & Beverages

Children up to 12 years old eat free of charge for breakfast & dinner (max. one child per adult). In the tropical environment of our unique 2000m² indoor Garden restaurant, our hospitable staff offers specialities for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a smile. Extensive Breakfast: In the morning, our extensive American breakfast buffet is served from 06:30 to 09:30 on Monday through Friday and from 07:00 to 10:30 on Saturday and Sunday, with a large choice of hot and cold dishes. Lunch: Lunch is served from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 with an extensive choice of dishes served buffet style. In the evening, we alternate a buffet and choice from the à la carte menu. Dinner: From Monday to Thursday, dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:30. Each Saturday and Sunday we offer a Holidome Weekend Buffet from 16:00 to 20:00. During this Holidome Weekend Buffet, a nanny will entertain the children with games and activities from 16:00 to 20:00. Every Friday evening the pleasures of the Italian kitchen are served in a buffet style from 18:00 to 21:30. Ocean Bar: A popular meeting point to conclude your day is our cosy international Ocean bar. Here you can enjoy a variety of delicious grilled dishes, cocktails and drinks, an informal dinner or a late night snack. The Ocean bar is open daily from 17:00.

Please note that, after check-in, if you decide to leave earlier than your intended date of departure, the entire reservation will be charged. Holiday Inn Leiden also extends a warm welcome to your pet. We charge EUR 15 per night for your pet’s stay. A certain number of rooms are available on the ground floor for guests with pets. Behind the hotel you will find a special area where you can take your dog for a walk. Your pet is welcome on a leash in and around our hotel. However, we cannot allow your pet to enter our Garden restaurant, Ocean bar, the patio, swimming pool and sauna area or the Jungle club for children.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.85 city/tourist tax per person older than 19 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 17.50 per person.  Dinner is not included and costs EUR 25.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
