For business guests or customers who want that little bit more, the hotel's executive rooms feature extra workspace, additional in-room facilities and upgraded amenities. Family rooms are also available, these rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Reception is manned 24 hours a day, so if you are arriving late it is no problem; you are assured a warm welcome at any time of day from the award-winning front-desk team. The hotel has meeting room facilities for up to 10 delegates and Wi-Fi wireless broadband internet access is available at an additional charge throughout the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The hotel is situated at the Welcome Break, Leicester Forest East on the M1 motorway. The site also has a KFC, a Burger King and an EatIn restaurant, which is open 24 hours a day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 4.95 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 4.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 6.99 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
