For business guests or customers who want that little bit more, the hotel’s executive rooms feature a modem line, extra workspace, extra in-room facilities and enhanced and upgraded amenities. Family rooms are also available and these rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Reception is manned 24 hours a day, so if you are arriving late it is no problem; you are assured a warm welcome at any time of day from the award-winning front-desk team. The hotel has meeting room facilities for up to 10 delegates and Wi-Fi wireless broadband internet access is available at an additional charge throughout the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The hotel is situated in the Welcome Break service area on the M1 motorway. The site also houses a Coffee Primo, a Food Connection, a Burger King and a KFC. Food Connection is open 24 hours a day and offers fresh pasta, pizza, paninis, sandwiches and a selection of hot and cold food.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
