Tenuta di Pratello's swimming pool is open from 15 May 2009 until 30 September 2009.

Please note: Tenuta di Pratello is undergoing major renovations for the whole year of 2009. The main building, the suites and all services connected with the main building will not be available for 2009. All apartments are located directly in front of the main building.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
