We offer a pleasing mix of modern comfort and old fashioned hospitality. A hotel which combines the Dutch and Frysian cultural traditions in a warm-hearted and friendly manner. Hold your presentation between sailing trips, relax during your training break with a bike ride. We have 6 multifunctional rooms with an Internet connection and facilities for video conferencing. The Bilderberg Oranje Hotel can also offer state-of-the-art communication facilities. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.50 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
