All guest bedrooms have the standard features required for a relaxing and comfortable stay (please see individual room details for a complete list). There are also family rooms that sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age. Easy access is complemented by rooms specially adapted for disabled guests.

Hotel details

The hotel provides 130 contemporary rooms over 5 floors. Complimentary continental buffet breakfast is included in room rates. A relaxed licenced bar and lounge area is available, with free Wi-Fi access available in the bar and reception areas. Priority Club rewards programme available. There are 3 meeting rooms within the hotel.

Food & Beverages

Our complimentary continental buffet breakfast service is available from 06:30 - 09:30 weekdays and 07:00 - 10:30 at weekends. In the evenings guests can enjoy a meal from the dinner menu. Alternatively, a range of delivery menu options are available, and the hotel can give advice on where is good to eat in the area. If you experience hunger pangs throughout the day, visit the vending area, which can provide you with a quick drink or snack. A buffet lunch is provided for conference delegates and arrangements can be made to cater for all dietary requirements. A wide range of soft drinks, wines, beers, spirits and snacks are available from the bar throughout the day.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
