Rooms

For stays of 2 to 29 days, the accommodation will be cleaned once a week. For stays of more than 30 days, the accommodation will be cleaned once every 2 weeks. You can either pay for a Wi-Fi internet connection at an hourly rate or choose a reduced monthly rate.

Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 Monday to Friday. Please note that there is no breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

The reception is open from: - 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. - And from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the residence directly in order to obtain your access code. A security deposit of EUR 500 will be required upon arrival.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
