Most of the rooms and suites are equipped with a kitchenette, making them particularly suitable for long-term guests. Our hotel is located in the centre of Lausanne, only 300 metres from the central station, 800 metres from the shore of Lake Geneva and near most international sports organisations.

Food & Beverages

Continental breakfast: Available at restaurant Le Milan, situated accross the hotel (CHF 10.-).

This hotel has a delocalised reception desk. Check-in formalities have been prepared before your arrival. x) After having booked your room, a confirmation number is given to you. x) On your arrival day, you will communicate with the reception desk through an interphone. x) The receptionist will ask you your confirmation number. This number will give you access to the hotel and then to your room. x) The receptionist will then call you in your room to describe the characteristics of the hotel and answer all the questions you may have. x) During your stay, you can call the reception desk at any time by dialing 11 from your room. x) Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs CHF 22.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CHF 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
