The apartments feature a living room, one to four bedrooms, one or two bathrooms according to the surface and a fully-equipped kitchen (table-service, oven and/or microwave, electric or ceramic hobs, fridge and most of the time dish washer and washing machine).

The reception is open 7 days a week from 07:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 on week ends and bank holidays.

The reception is open 7 days a week from 07:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to noon and 15:00 to 18:00 at week ends and public holidays. Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
