Standard rooms are situated over 2 floors, accessible by an elevator. Premier rooms are newly built over 2 floors and offer a choice of both twin and double beds. These luxury rooms have LCD TVs, same day laundry service and 24 hour room service. Premier suites have king-size bedrooms, a large lounge with a double sofa bed, balconies overlooking the Clyde Valley. Family suites have a king-size bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a lounge and balconies overlooking the Clyde Valley.

The public bar with roaring log fire is a real hot spot for the locals and guests alike, with live entertainment every Saturday night and pub idol every Thursday night. The hotel’s main foyer bar is great for a quiet drink with colleagues and friends in comfortable, elegant surroundings. The Ash Grill Restaurant, Carvery and Grill offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as delicious food, for the ultimate social and eating experience.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
