Larkfield Priory caters for weddings, anniversaries, christenings, special birthdays, corporate events and special evenings and can provide boardrooms, training areas and private working lunches and dining. The hotel can hold your civil ceremony with their in-house Wedding Co-ordinator and Fashion Consultant. Professional and friendly staff can take time to discuss the requirements for your perfect day.

Food & Beverages

When dining in the restaurant, residents at the hotel will receive a complimentary glass of wine with every table d'hôte meal. The restaurant serves an extensive menu with an international theme, and has a comfortable adjoining lounge and bar.

Please note that pets are allowed with an extra charge of £5.00 per night, and only on to of Bed & Breakfast rate.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
