After making your reservation, please contact the hotel in order to arrange the free shuttle service to Frankfurt’s Rhine Main Airport. Please note that you may only use the hotel’s free parking spaces for the duration of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
