Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 10 years are welcome.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
