Reception is open Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 22:30. On Saturdays reception is available from 08:00 to 22:00 and on Sundays from 08:00 to 21:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
