Food & Beverages

The Balladins’ restaurant offers various great-value formulas including wine. A children’s menu is available and an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is an optional extra. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday. Dinner is served from 19:45 to 21:15 Monday to Thursday.

The reception is open from 07:15 to 22:00. Access via digicode is available from 23:00 during the week and from 22:00 at weekends. Please contact the hotel in advance to receive the access codes. If you arrive on a Sunday, towel and toiletries will be available in your room. If you arrive on any other day and your stay includes a Sunday, please request towels and toiletries on the Sunday.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
