All the 404 apartments are fitted with hotplates and include a vacuum cleaner. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Hotel details

The residence is made up of 8 buildings with 3 to 7 floors. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit. This must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening times: Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00. Friday: 08:00-12:00 / 15:00-00:00. Saturday: around the clock Sunday: 00:00-13:00 / 16:00-20:00. Important: if you plan to arrive outside of these reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.87 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
