The guest rooms and suites all have views over the Sonian forest - some also overlook the Feng Shui Garden. These guest rooms include Conference Suites, Junior Suites and a Grand Suite. All rooms are equipped with: air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi internet access , laptop-safe, colour cable LCD television, direct dial phone with voice over IP and a mini bar.

Welcome to Dolce la Hulpe! All facilities are up to the highest standards. It features: dedicated meeting space totaling 4.400 m² (47,400 sq. ft.), 4-star guest rooms, 2 restaurants with excellent food, 2 bars, private dining rooms and banqueting rooms, a range for indoor recreation (including a fully-equipped Dolce Spa) and several sports facilities. Food & Beverages

The main dining room holds over 300 people and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet style. The gourmet restaurant (reservation required) has a capacity of 60 people for both lunch and dinner. Main restaurant Argan: Breakfast will be served from 06:30 to 10:00 Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 10:30 Saturday and Sunday. Lunch is served 12:00-14:00 every day. Dinner is served 19:00-21:30 every day. Gourmet restaurant Tree O (reservation required): Tuesday to Thursday: Lunch 12:00-13:30. Dinner 19:00-21:30. Friday: Lunch 12:00-13:30. Dinner 19:00-22:30. Saturday: Dinner 19:00-22:30. Badian, the lobby bar, is open 08:00-20:00 from Monday to Thursday and until 01:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Oak bar is open 19:00-02:00 from Monday to Thursday.

All leisure and spa facilities are free of charge to paying guests. The sauna and hammam will be opened as of March the first. Please note that in times of Congress we have different cancellation policies: March 17-19 2008 and April 21-23 2008 you must cancel 7 days before arrival to not get charged. For early departure, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay. It is not possible to place an extra bed in the rooms, for children to stay with adults an Executive Room must be booked. Maximum of 2 children per room.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free Private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 21.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
