Minimum stay is 7 days, valued throughout, from saturday to saturday, which is possibility for daily reservation from December to April, minimum 2 days, . The kitchen in the studio apartment is equipped with an oven or microwave, and above all, dishwasher, electric hobs and refrigerator.

Hotel policies

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
