All flats are furnished and equipped and the agency will deliver the lodging in clean and perfect conditions. The indicated prices include the use of water, electricity and gas. The Bed-Linen and weekly change are also included. Extras not included in the cost of the accomodation (weekly rates): heaters 50 € (9€/day from 28/10/06 to 31/03/07. During these dates it's not optional), the apartments may be occupied from 17 to 19 h of the day of arrival and must be left before 10 H. Of the day of departure. Strict admission of the number of persons booked. Strict acceptance of the internals rules of the complexes. Damage deposit the amount of 150 € – or the equivalent in foreign currency - is payable on arrival in respect o damage deposit, refundable at the end of your stay once the property has been checked by the agency staff. Torrent api will not reserve the property for more than 48 hours after the expected day of arrival, unless the delay has been expressly notified beforehand, with the understanding that this will not produce any reduction on the stipulated rental fee. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
