The complex is made up of 3 buildings, each with an outdoor pool open April through to October.

Food & Beverages

The hotel´s bar-restaurant is open between 15 May and 30 September.

Please note: The reception is 24-hour between May and September. The rest of the year the opening times are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:00

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
