New apartments with swimming-pool only 350 m far from the beach of the enchanting fishing village of L'Escala, valued throughout, in Costa Brava. Keys must be collected from the address indicated in the Important Information section. Please note that the apartments do not have an on-site reception.

Rooms

Mestral’s apartments all measure approximately 60 m² and sleep between 4 and 6 people. Each comes with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge-diner and a living area with sofa bed. The kitchen comes with glass ceramic worktops, an oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The rates include the cost of water, electricity and gas, as well as bed linen (changed weekly). Heaters are available for an extra fee of EUR 50 per week. Please note that the photographs shown are representative of the kind of accommodation offered. Interior decoration may vary.

Keys for the apartments should be collected from the office at Carrer del Port, 21, L’Escala. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours should contact the property directly in advance using the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Check-in is available between 17.00 and 19.00 on the day of arrival. Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment. Check-out takes place at 10.00. Towels and sea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost. In the case of late arrival, the apartments will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the original check-in time. No reduction in the original cost will be made.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
