The elegant spa and wellness centre offers a variety of massages, body packs, thalassotherapy and Ayurveda treatments. Superior cosmetics from Ligne St Barth, Thalgo and Kanebo are used, and qualified staff are available to offer medicinal and nutritional advice. The hotel requests that you make an appointment for your chosen treatment as early as possible. Improve your golfing skills at the hotel’s A-ROSA golf school. The ROSINIS club for children aged 3-15 allows parents to spend some time alone.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s 3 restaurants combine fine gourmet cuisine with the latest in nutritional knowledge. Regional and organic produce is used. In the conservatory restaurant with large sun terrace, you can enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes. Watch the chefs preparing meals in the open kitchen, and take your pick from the buffet. Breakfast is available here from 06:30 to 11:00, lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner is served between 18:30 and 22:00. In the hotel’s wine bar, you can enjoy a wide range of fine wines, together with regional cuisine, popular classics and hearty snacks. The bar is open from 17:00 to 22:00 during the week, and from 12:00 to 22:00 at weekends. A unique experience awaits you in the elegant Michelin-star restaurant, Buddenbrooks. Located within the original part of the building, the restaurant features stucco details and exclusive décor. Please note that prior reservation is essential for this restaurant, which is open from 18:30 to 22:00, Tuesday to Saturday. The Enoteca wine merchant’s features a wine-tasting room with open fireplace. The hotel’s sommelier will be happy to offer advice. Open from 16:00 to 22:00 during the week, and 12:00-22:00 at weekends. The hotel also offers a piano lounge with library from Tuesday to Saturday, and the healthy Vitalbar beside the outdoor pool. You can also enjoy wine, cocktails, coffee and cake at the Bar am Marktplatz.

Please note that reservation is essential for the Buddenbrooks restaurant. The hotel kindly asks guests to book spa treatments as early as possible.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
